Little tray/platter in Blue and White carved flowers.
This sweet little tray is handmade from a lovely slightly textured white clay body that has sparse little darker coloured flecks throughout.
It has a little tab handle on either side for easy gripping.
The tray has been decorated with a unique design a technique called sgraffito where a pattern is carved into coloured glaze (nayvy blue) in this case a simple flower and then it is glazed over with a satin white finish.
The base is unglazed and sanded.
This platter is the perfect size to have lying about looking fabulous in endless places, think bathroom to hold soap dish and toothbrush holders, kitchens, hallway, bedside and of course to use as a little platter to hold cheeses, fruits, cakes or even perfect as a plate to hold a meal.
Measuring approximately: 26.5cm long x 17cm wide.
