Sculptural vessel/vase to bring a little wabi sabi to your space, this piece looks wonderful with or without any flowers or dried foliage displayed in it.
Inspired out of a love of Japanese forms and Ikebana, which is the Japanese art of flower arranging, blossoms, branches, leaves and stems.
This piece is a one off original, handmade with a dark stoneware clay body, it has been decorated with little white spots carved into the top of the piece, the glaze is a grey/white finish in a crisscross effect over the entire piece, the brown clay is visible on the rims. The bases have been sanded and left unglazed.
