Extra Large Wide Fluted vessel with collared neck
A real statement piece that sits beautifully on its own or with a large branch/foliage that holds up beautifully due to the shape and weight of this piece.
It is wide at 25.5cm x 30cm tall (approximate) handmade from a beautiful gritty clay body it has been textured with my fingers creating wide fluting in a vertical direction, the neck has been collared with a slight flare.
This piece has been glazed inside (it is fully watertight) and the satin white glaze has been encouraged to drip and flow along the grooves, allowing some of the bare clay to be revealed and contrast with the glaze.
