White sculptural textured carved vase
Handmade vase using a white sandy textured clay body. The vase has been formed into a tall sculptural form, it has been decorated with long sweeping curvy carvings adding some lovely movement to this vessel.
Decorated with a satin white glaze in the interior and outer neck the bottom lower outer base is also glazed, the body of the vase is left raw to show off this beautiful textured surface, the base is also raw and sanded.
Would be suited to holding a bouquet of flowers and long stemmed flowers, ideally roses, irises, peonies, natives.
