A beautifully rustic handled baking dish with polka dots.
This piece has been hand formed with a gritty rustic clay body that when glazed lots of beautiful speckles shine thru in the glaze especially with white.
Handles with cut out circles have been attached for easy gripping.
This baking dish is oven safe provided it is put into a COLD NON PREHEATED oven to avoid thermal shock.
Glazed in a combination of grey decoration of scallop rim (exterior) and spots (interior)and satin white, the base has been sanded back and left un glazed.
Measuring approximately: 31.5cm wide including handles or 22cm x 7cm deep.
This feature piece would be beautiful to also use as a fruit bowl or serving hot food straight to the table.
