Anjali (Buddhist for Angel) is a very fitting name for this beautiful one of a kind vase with her spotted wings.
Handmade from a beautiful dark brown stoneware clay body this unique vessel has a little foot to give it a bit of a lift from the table, the body is formed in an upside down flat lotus pod shape and is then give a long sturdy neck to be able to hold a heavier branch/stem. Decorated with some wavy, wings, that are decorated with blue freckles and the whole piece is then glazed in a satin white finish inside and out.
This piece is able to hold water and is fully water-tight to hold a special flower stem or alternatively needs nothing as it sits alone as a beautiful little sculptural form.
Measuring approximately: 17.5cm wide x 10cm tall.
