Black Rustic Finials for Garden and Home Decor
Beautiful inspired art pieces for the home and garden, the Finials ( often described as an element marking the top or end of some object, often formed to be a decorative feature.) have been hand crafted from a beautiful black rustic clay body.
Each one is unique in shape and appearance, with a French Provincial style, they have not been glazed, what you see if the beautiful raw clay body, fired to 1220 degrees to provide strength and durability.
The creation of the finials was inspired by a desire to decorate some garden pickets/stakes in the dahlia flower garden, they often look a little unsightly and boring, as seen in the photos here how fabulous they look atop stakes (you can use a little tape on top of the picket to make the fit more secure).
They are also equally fabulous inside the house, they work beautiful as a little decorative element on shelves and even in pot plants. I have a growing collection dotted throughout my home and garden.
